This gorgeous log cabin, nestled on 20 acres on the banks of the beautiful Bitterroot River, is located only 21 miles south of Missoula. It sits on a small knoll with a green lawn running to the river's edge, just 100 ft. away.

Originally owned and built by a faithful minister , this two story log cabin features a nice sized living room with knotty pine cathedral ceilings, four skylights and a beautiful large stone fireplace framed with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the Bitterroot River. The comfortable master bedroom is on the main floor with a queen sized log bed and lots of windows and wonderful views. There is a newly remodeled full bath with shower next to the master bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped including microwave and a coffee maker, and plenty of cookware and dishes for a sit-down family meal. Upstairs there are two nice sized bedrooms with a queen log bed in one and two twin log beds in the other. Both upstairs bedrooms have great views.
The Preacher's Cabin has a gas barbecue grill on a covered porch overlooking the river and a spacious screened-in porch for dining. With over a 1000 ft. of private Bitterroot River frontage, good trout fishing is only a cast away.

The property is a very quiet, end-of-the-road 20 acre parcel, directly across the river from the Lee Metcalf Wildlife Refuge. Birds and wildlife abound! The Preacher's Cabin is a perennial favorite for many guests.
